This pillow has helped me realign my back. Sleeping on my back, the pillow is very supportive of my head and neck. This allowed my back to stay straight. I wake up feeling well rested and energized.

This comforter is lightweight and isn't super warm as advertised. However, the outer shell seems very coarse/low quality for the money. Reminds me of a cheaper hotel comforter. Does not seem worth the money to me unfortunately.
